MARIE DITTMER, Broker Associate/Owner

Marie Dittmer has been a REALTOR® since 2006.  She has gained abundant knowledge and expertise in the real estate business.  She has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation by the Real Estate’s Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification by the Center for REALTOR® Development (CRD).

In 2017 Marie Dittmer, Broker, and her husband Mark Dittmer, Broker, began Dittmer Real Estate Company, LLC after her prior years as a broker salesperson.  Marie has worked with many sellers and buyers over the years in a professional manner, guiding them through the process. 

As a REALTOR®, Marie follows a strict code of ethics, has industry knowledge, maintains continuing education, has resources and access to the most up-to-date information.  She has skills in negotiating the transaction and in coordinating all the details needed for closing the transaction. She is a member of NAR, MAR, KCRAR and Heartland MLS.     

Marie is also a partner in her husband’s architecture practice.  Spring Creek Architects, LLC, began in 1992.  Marie has gained knowledge in building design and interior design in helping buyers and sellers see potential in real estate properties.   

Marie is a lifelong resident of Higginsville, Missouri.  She enjoys being with her family, grandchildren, doggies and friends.  Her past experience includes having a medical transcription business and she has been a family member caretaker for the past 20 years.
